AutoVitals vs AutoTraker: Which is a better fit?

Great found customers really liked seeing in real time what their car inspection looks like and what they need they get to see so they can make a good decesion.

I hate how it has trouble with our point of sale acts up atleast 2 to 3 times a wekk.

The people at Autovitals have been fantastic to work with. When we had questions or needed help, it was an easy process and quickly resolved.

The way it is worded is confusing for some people.

Great inspections and what the customer sees is top notch. Texting communication is awesome.

Any company needing a contract to keep cashflow is a poor company to do business with.

Customers are impressed and comment they feel more comfortable with the information we are providing.

The delay from starting a work order to it showing up in the program.

Bob provided good professional service and resolved the matter in an timely manner. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely call him with any future issues.

Accidentally deleted a $6700 ticket and could not recover.

Great software, user friendly, very detailed and completely compatible for what we do here at our shop. Even better customer service as well.
