The reporting capabilities are fantastic. It's so helpful to know the dollar amounts of scheduled work (or unscheduled work or any other category that's useful).
Difficult to learn and trouble shoot, it took a while to get used to.

I have never had a problem with any other Verizon service but this one. They have by far the worst customer service of any company we have ever used for ANYTHING.
I love that I can real-time track all our assets. And running the replay is easy and gives a min by min run down of where they where all day.
The absolute worse company to try to deal with. Every individual you speak with will be the last time as not one of them can deal with issues and/or problems.
Tracking is pretty good and fairly accurate, easy to use once set-up. Reporting is ok too and comprehensive.
I dislike the app because it is very hard to run a report on and navigate on my phone. May just be user error but I am not sure.
I like the Verizon Connect Reveal software because it has saved our company money by showing the true hours the employees were at the job versus what they used to put on their time cards.
Such shady tactics and they refuse to do anything for you. They must be so belly up and need the money so bad that they just continue to try to hold your money.
Kaity: I'm Kaity. I'm the general manager at A&E Tree Experts, a small tree company, and we give Arborgold five stars. Before we had Arborgold, we were basically just doing all of our proposals in Word, which is fine, but we like Arborgold because you can put the templates in and then they automatically pop up. If you use Word, you have to type it in every single time. And then we were also using QuickBooks for invoicing, but Arborgold is a lot easier. We looked at a few softwares and it just seemed to be the most user-friendly. It was pretty easy. We had a lot of help. They have really good customer service, so they helped put the templates in so we could get it going. And then the first year we did it, I went to a class, like the Arborgold Yearly Symposium, and that helped a lot, too. And then once you get the hang of it, we're not computer people, and everyone at work can use it, so that's saying a lot. If you want to start with Arborgold, I would just contact Arborgold. They have a really good customer service team. They'll get you set up and you can use it however you want. There's different levels and they'll get it set up and it'll be going smooth as soon as you know it.
Kevin: Hi, my name is Kevin. I'm the owner of the company. We distribute Kirby Home Care Systems, and I give Verizon Connect a five rating. I wasn't using anything before I started using Verizon Connect, so I was on the go all the time in my vehicle, driving from appointment to appointment, checking on my guys and my fleet. Until now, I've been using Verizon Connect, I get to stay in the office. I really chose Verizon Connect because I used Verizon for my whole company for cellular service and also landline service, so I really didn't look at any other of the competitors. I just seen the option on my app and clicked on it, and then I called and got a salesperson and set it up. Verizon Connect was pretty simple to get started with, as if it was a phone service or landline service, sales service, anything that I use Verizon. The salespeople were on point, helpful. I had it within a day. I would recommend it to anybody. I've actually recommended it to a few of my family members or friends that own the companies. I have a fleet of five vehicles right now, so I can sit in the office and look when they're done. If I have somebody that calls for an appointment, I know where the guys are at and when they're going to be able to get there. So it makes it a lot easier to set up the appointments and keep track of all of my vehicles and where the people are at.
