I have used the survey and the quiz options and they are both very user friendly and offer a good number of nice solutions and opportunities. The customer support is also quite fast in replying.
It's a bit expensive for what it is. Also, when you paid version runs out, you cant use forms that you mad with a paid account anymore.

What I like about the app is that its good to get feedback , I its good for RSVP for a meeting on teams.
I don't like the fact that the amount of questions I use is limited and the choice for answers is limited to about 6. Its mainly for short quick surveys.
Easy to use which is good as it is a critical part of the business. Good data is extractable from forms which makes it quicker and easier to analyse/report on.
I don't like the feature that lets you rearrange the order of the fields. It's not as simple as drag and drop, even though at first glance it looks as though it is.
Microsoft forms is great because it is not only easy for the creator but also the person who is completing the survey. You can display questions in various formats which make it useful in research.
However apart from the tremendous efforts and features the software has limited integrations with other third-party applications, which may limit its functionality.

Prior to engaging with Survey Anyplace, we had a bespoke software tailor-made platform in PHP Symfony. It was failing, it was dated. We searched the globe for a replacement and stumbled over Survey Anyplace, and we haven't looked back. Selected Survey Anyplace, as I said, we'd hunted around the globe for a cost-effective solution by means of replacing an old PHP system. We didn't have the funds to go into a complete rebuild, we needed to flip the switch overnight. And some of the difficulties we found with similar survey sites is we couldn't find something with Likert scale, which is something we use, we couldn't really get a white label, and that was really important to us, and other sites just didn't give us the opportunity to scale. So, Survey Anyplace, they tick all the boxes. They were affordable, they offered us Likert scale, we have a white label option, it totally looks and feels like it's our own site, and we have got maximum scalability. So, from the very first phone call with Survey Anyplace, we spoke with the CEO, we spoke to the sales team, and ultimately the guys just said yes to everything. We ask, "Can you do this?" They say, "Yes." We ask, "Can you do Likert?" They say, "Yes." And very shortly, we unbundled our own software package. We downloaded it into a CSV file, we parked it with one of their project managers, and in as little as three weeks, they re-delivered a complete and utter brand new white label site to us. It was seamless, from the sales call through project management. Maybe three calls, two Zoom sessions. But fundamentally, these guys just took the workload off our plate. From non-techies, they did everything. It was a blessing to have found them. If you're in a spot like we were, don't hesitate to give the sales guys a call, give the CEO a call. They are brilliant from the top down. My total advice is give them a try. There's nothing that they don't seem to be able to handle. And if like us, you don't have the capacity or perhaps the technical ability with maybe your WordPress sites, with your integration with Stripe, or webhooks or something, just tell them. And guess what? They'll take that load off you. They will take the pressure away. I cannot, cannot champion Survey Anyplace enough. Greatest find for us in 2021/22.
