Talenthire is a wonderful Applicant tracking system which I have been using since over 2 years and am more than happy to use it. The support team is courteous and has sound knowledge on the product.
Some what complicated with login unable to login continuously have to login again and again which is annoying some times.

Ceipal page stuck and buffering all the time during work. We have to delete all history and again have to start process from starting rest hard to get a relevant profile from our database.

The biggest business problem we solved was one click automatic migration of multiple resumes at a time from various jobboards.
Service, help-desk support and they are very efficient and really good. It is good that we have such new products that we can use and with such good technology too.
And it was not connected with size of pdf. I found it very frustrating.
