The user interface is nice and modern, coupled with a customizable dashboard. Strong accounting, solid inventory control, great E-commerce and decent CRM.
There are not any features of this software that makes it unpleasant.

A lack of documentation, installation manuals, or training material.
I love the fact that it is so easy to use this software and that it is very inexpensive. I also appreciate how fast I am contacted back by a representative when I email them with an issue.
Horrible Customer support and Scam like Practices.
I like the customer service best so far. I haven't dove into all the features yet but so far, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been super-responsive, helpful, and walks me through everything.
I responded that I didn't like the service and to cancel. That's when I get a notification that my bank account has been charged $50.00.
The team has been very pleased with Officetree. Great product, especial for the price.
I would suggest that the billing be explained prior to being billed to prevent confusion. I also don’t like that we have to pay extra for each user.
