My overall experience with tally prime was good as a practising chartered accountant, I majorly provide services to small and medium size entities and it is best suited for them.
After the fraud was found out, even with the real software, endless issues continued. We requested for a paid service to re-configure the form, it was appointed the Monday.
This software is very user friendly software most of accounting people like this product.its very easy to ledger creation in tally. Profit and Lose account tallyed very easy.
The customization part of this software is a little complex and takes time to fix unwanted accounts.
My experience with tally Prime has been where good in fact excellent, it is easy to understand without any accounting knowledge, It makes Financial Reporting and inventory management easy.
The bad thing we feel about tally is that it did not evolve much in these recent days of cloud computing and the ability to resolve all problems a CRM should for the company.
It very flexible & can be made as per our requirement , its user friendly & cost effective. I would recommend for the same.

It's been a great experience, the software works great and is easy to use and the customer service is fantastic. We have had a great experience with Centreviews and would highly recommend to anybody.
What I mean by this is in Centreviews they say that they reached the end, however in NAV they dint show up even without errors. I do think that is more of a NAV problem than a Centreviews problem.
I have had great experience with Centerviews when all information is available and find that our customers appreciate the layout of their invoices.
One thing I have been noticing is that some invoices have been missing.
The ease of the system, it is very user friendly for both data entry and approval as well as being able to see the overview of where all the invoices are currently located throughout the process.
It is difficult to navigate at time, and the integration between Centreviews and SAP is not complete yet.
Approving invoices is very easy - love the ability to see the document and split the costs.
Hard to search and find invoices once they are out of the queue.
