I did not find any features that I can comment on or that I disliked.
The Aurora Nova Software system is a great tool for those in the trucking industry. But even better than the software is the great group of people at Aurora.
It will not let you search by VIN #'s or by Tag #'s. This is a huge disadvantage.
The product and the back up customer service is great. I like the ease at which you have many different ways to get to a particular order in system.
The software does not alert you when a driver has an upcoming expiration; cdl, medical certificate, annual review.
Customer service is wonderful, as always, and they are willing to help with anything from the simplest question to implementing new features.
Its hard to answer, any time that we have asked for a simpler way to do any process, Aurora has found a way to modify and make our ideas part of their system.
The system itself is easy to use for all levels and makes sense. Training with [sensitive content hidden] was great, and she was super helpful.
Would prefer if there was a pop up warning for any undelivered consignments.
Overall I have had a positive experience with CartonCloud the team are fantastic to deal with and always go that extra mile to help out.

Unless you are a computer minded tech brain, it is hard to navigate setups for new clients.
All in all very good product which is super simple and easy to use. They have their knowledge base where we can simply go and find out about all their features.
Did take a few weeks to get our head around moving through the screens and where to find things. But we did skimp on the onboarding sessions, so no fault of theirs.
