And what we've found is that it's a lot easier to manage multiple applicants at once. Between the different hiring managers, the human resources side, things like that, we're able to keep things very streamlined and keep a process very, very consistent throughout the interview process for multiple positions. I would say what I like most about Vidcruiter is the customer service. The team that I work with has been extremely helpful. They're really helping us with our labor shortage and everything like that. So, whenever we have any sort of questions or anything like that, they're always very quick to answer. Any sort of tickets or anything like that comes up, they're also able to get those taken care of very, very quickly. So, I would say the product itself is great, definitely a five out of five, but the customer service that we're receiving from them as well is definitely a five out of five too. So, the thing that I like least about Vidcruiter is it, there is a bit of a learning curve on how to use it. So, that is a good thing because you can really customize exactly what you want the software to do and how you want the interview process and hiring process to go. It is a little bit difficult to learn how to do that at first, but once you have that down, it's really worthwhile because of the customizability.
