IRIS Floral POS vs Lovingly POS: Which is a better fit?

That's easy, the ease of order entry. I figure you spend 75% or more of your time with a POS system entering orders, so it better be easy to use and fast.

The accounting was flawed and unreliable, the integration with QuickBooks didn’t work properly and after several rounds of trying to fix the defects, IRIS staff finally gave up.

Terrific for high traffic shops because the touchscreen and product tabs works very well. Easy to teach staff how to use and very flexible system.

It doses not open my cash drawer when I select from the main drop down. Split payment is a little difficult till you figure it out.

Product pads and ease of order entry, and delivery route management. These are just a few of the things I like, it is loaded with features and not expensive.

There are no negative aspects to IRIS. I am longing for branding customization but that it somthing they are working on.

I Love this software - Easy & user-friendly. You are able to customize your products in the POS.

I have been an IRIS user for many years and will never use another company. There is no need, if ever there is a feature you are longing for...just ask.

We love the new site and the Floweroo POS. What we like best is the printer solution because we do not have to manually write out cards and labels - everything we need prints out beautifully.

They claim to be fighting 'order gatherers', but what they don't like to advertise is that they literally are an order gatherer.

Speaking for the POS aspect only, I like that it's all on one page and easy to see the entire order all at once.

Once you are a customer, the support becomes less and less. It was a nightmare so we paid the penalty just to get our domain name back and be done with them.

Good application for orders of flower arrangements, very versatile.

I'm not using the card/tag feature and the orders now print out side ways to all my other orders which makes it difficult to look them over quickly.
