Accounting Seed is designed for those working in accounting and finance teams at small to mid-market companies who are using or plan to use the Salesforce CRM software.
Very user friendly interface with a strong user community that allows us to benefit from the ideas and best practices of companies made up of different industries and sizes.
We feel we are not getting full use of the system without these upgrades/enhancements. When some are implemented, no test parameters, and causes other areas of the program to fail.
The solution integration has been seamless, helped us reduce cost overheads and has also improved our bottom line through faster and efficient recovery of our receivables.

Automation and ease of use. The High Radius cash application system is able to successfully match 50% of our incoming receipts.

The tool is constantly improving and adapting as the the user base grows and better ways to do things are discovered.

Overall Accounting Seed has been a great experience. I appreciate the architecture of their program as it is built a a very secure way that is intuitive.
It is limited in reporting features and you have to do a lot of "unapplied" and "unpost" to fix an error in an entry.
It is the ability to leverage the strength of the Salesforce platform that makes the experience strong and the HIG Capital investment and Partner environment that makes the future look stronger.
Some of the reporting features are limited and configuration at time of implementation took more time to complete than anticipated.
Overall, we have had good experiences. The package has a straightforward install (save once when we didn't have the correct release, and good to very good support.
Customisation for the currency format is limited only shows dollar sign.
Their support agents always give critical and detailed information to help one track down issues and resolve them. It's been a pleasure engaging with them an I appreciate the dedication of their team.

So we use Accounting Seed for all of our client billing and for all of our payments. We also use Accounting Seed to generate our periodic financial reporting on performance of the company, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. We may also drill in on a particular account to see what's going on, to see the nature of charges. So we can look at our income statement and drill down to see what has resulted in a particular expense, what the accounting record was. That's what we do. That's what we use Accounting Seed for. Accounting Seed is built on the Salesforce platform, so that means it's got all of the tools and capabilities that are there available for developers to create business process automation. So they have, for example, approval flows already easy to configure and set up. They have a very good regime for controlling access to different application functionality or to read, write, edit, delete capabilities on specific fields. So it's built on the Salesforce platform. It's very, very robust platform. No downtime that we've ever experienced, and that's the first thing. Second thing is that it's just basically easy to do all the things that we need to do. Nothing significant, but a couple reporting things that it's possible to do outside of Accounting Seed with an export to Excel with a pivot table, but producing reports, I don't like the fact that you can't produce a report with divisions across the top or as columns and the general ledger codes as rows. You can do a lot with reporting, but you can't do that structure, and that's a very useful structure.
