Valerie C.: Hi, my name is Valerie, I'm a financial aid director, and I rate SoGoSurvey five out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. So before I chose SoGoSurvey, I looked at using Qualtrics and using Survey Monkey as other alternatives, and I found that the expense of software like Qualtrics wasn't right for my organization and Survey Monkey has some limitations that prevented me from going with that option. I chose SoGoSurvey because it was easy to use. I needed something that would be easily trainable for anybody at my institution, whether it's a colleague, a superior or somebody just coming in the door. And, with SoGoSurvey, all of the functions are really intuitive and it just makes the product easy to use, and easy to train others on. SoGoSurvey made it really easy to get started with the product. They offer a lot of training and tutorials on their website and again, with it just being very intuitive to use, there wasn't much that needed to be done as far as onboarding. It was really just once we got the product, we were able to start using it immediately. So, I would say that if anybody's looking at getting SoGoSurvey, they should go online and watch some YouTube tutorials. They'll show you how easy it is to use. You can also use the free version of their product to get a feel for the software and the different functions that it allows. The free product is actually pretty robust for a free survey product, and it allows you to do a lot of things before you do decide to upgrade to the full version.
