The ease of use for the user who designs the survey and the ease of access and use for the taker of the survey are both terrific.
In my opinion is missing the information concerning who answered the survey (or I was not able to find it).
We liked the responsiveness of SoGo survey as compared to other big survey software companies. We also like the reporting capabilities and clean look of the design.
It did have occasional errors in the software. It takes some time getting used to the site in general.

SoGoSurvey is an absolutely reliable and powerful tool for running even complex evaluation surveys. It provides excellent features to allow analysis and exporting of data.
The email templates are still limited, so if you use them instead of your native client, you may find them lacking. We don't use them most of the time.
I also love the ability to suggest content as well and have been able to recommend articles for the organization this way.
I can't seem to figure out how to restrict my content suggestions to just English.
I enjoy the recommended feeds, and creating posts to share with the organization is fairly straight forward. The platform is user friendly.
Sometimes my post has errors and don't post automatically or don't post at all.
I love the ease of use of PostBeyond. It enables me to get content out there in a seamless manner, which looks good.
Sometimes I have problems with the alerts notification in order to share content.

So before I chose SoGoSurvey, I looked at using Qualtrics and using Survey Monkey as other alternatives, and I found that the expense of software like Qualtrics wasn't right for my organization and Survey Monkey has some limitations that prevented me from going with that option. I chose SoGoSurvey because it was easy to use. I needed something that would be easily trainable for anybody at my institution, whether it's a colleague, a superior or somebody just coming in the door. And, with SoGoSurvey, all of the functions are really intuitive and it just makes the product easy to use, and easy to train others on. SoGoSurvey made it really easy to get started with the product. They offer a lot of training and tutorials on their website and again, with it just being very intuitive to use, there wasn't much that needed to be done as far as onboarding. It was really just once we got the product, we were able to start using it immediately. So, I would say that if anybody's looking at getting SoGoSurvey, they should go online and watch some YouTube tutorials. They'll show you how easy it is to use. You can also use the free version of their product to get a feel for the software and the different functions that it allows. The free product is actually pretty robust for a free survey product, and it allows you to do a lot of things before you do decide to upgrade to the full version.
