Platform, easy to use, great support, integration with QuickBooks Online, awesome customer service and is very reasonable in price.
Somehow their least cost as advertised came up to $100/month. When after trying the service and being disappointed they said, "Too bad.
Is a great product and does what they say it does. Its a great tool for helping you run your business.
The problem is there is no pricing function in the description area for estimating your job.
With user jobber i really enjoy multiple things. I love the fact that this platform is user friendly and easy to use firstoff while maintaining a simple but pleasing appearance.
I wasn't about to change with out a try out. I was burnt badly with the program we were trying to use.
The customer service is outstanding, The mobile program is AWESOME, my men were up and running within MINITUES of turning them on.
We installed this is the month of April, coming off a disaster with another company.
What I love most about Dubsado is the able to create custom fields, contracts, proposals and more. This is super helpful when dealing with various project types.
I attempted to use Workflows a while back and found them confusing and honestly, a bit scary (e.g. automated emails potentially going out at the wrong times) to use.
The time it saves, the ease of integration, and use for both me and my clients have been a true blessing as I started and run my business.
The only real complaint and the struggle I have with setting up a variety of invoice types in Dubsado.
They have a great trial period (no end date, max of 3 customers) so you can have a good play with the system, without commitment, to see if it will work for you.
There is a long hard slog to understand how to set it up if you are unfamiliar with the terminology they use. I let it sit for months because I found it intimidating.
I love Dubsado and recommend it to all of my creative friends running small businesses.
The software is constantly having bugs and errors.
Nichole F.: My name is Nichole. I'm the owner and operator of My 3 Daughters, LLC. It's a cleaning and home service company. And I give Jobber a five-star review. I was using Google Workspace and FieldPulse. It just weren't integrating as well for my day-to-day process as I would like. I chose Jobber because I liked all the additional bonuses it has. I like the photographs. I like the designated phone number. I like that I can chat back and forth in the app with the customers through text message or a phone call. I like that I can let my employees see what I want them to see. I don't have to give them all the information. There's so many things that I like actually. There's not one thing that I dislike about the app. I like that there has the GPS location for when they clock in and out. And I like that the clients can also, as well, see that my employees are at the place of work at when they say they are. It was very easy to onboard Jobber. There is a import and export feature, which made it very simple. Pretty much just click the button, and everything is there. I recommend starting out with the Core plan because you can always downgrade if you don't need any of the features, but it's nice to see what it actually can do from the start. I started off a little lower, and then worked my way up, and I regret it. The Core plan has a lot of really good, cool features that you don't really want to miss out on.
Yelle: Hi, I'm Yelle. I'm the co-founder of In Creative Co. We are a marketing and branding agency and we use Dubsado and I give it four out of five stars. When we were looking at other softwares, we were looking for something that was really all in one with proposals, invoicing, and contracting. So we had some other options like HoneyBook, and our biggest hurdle with HoneyBook was that our clients actually had to log in to see their correspondence with us. So it didn't just come through an email and they could reply back through an email, they actually had to log into the system, which just seemed like an extra hurdle for client correspondence. The system was very similar to Dubsado, but just that was something that stopped us. And then we were also looking at this group called, I believe it was Workforce. It was something that was done through ADP, and they created something for when you're working with freelancers. I remember it being a great system, it was just so much more expensive, and so we thought we would start with Dubsado first and then move into that in a year or so, and we never actually did. The reasons that we chose Dubsado was because it was that all-in-one system that we were looking for. It was such a neat way to go from your, I believe it was a proposal to a contract to an invoice, and it just so fluidly created this for you while you were putting it into the system and while your client was going through the steps to go through signing your contract, and it just created an invoice, so that was really smooth. We also really loved that there was a two-way signing feature, so both we could sign it and our clients or our team members could sign it, and then it created a login portal for them to have access to those signatures all the time. So it was actually something that our legal team told us was like an extra level of protection, that they weren't just getting a signature through their email, they had this portal that they could log into. Getting started with Dubsado was exciting, but it was also a big learning curve, and that's the reason that I'm taking one star off of a five-star rating. It's challenging to set up, and I don't think that we ever actually got to its full potential. So when I was setting it up, I joined the Dubsado Facebook group, and they were very active on there, even with Facebook groups dying. This was about two, three years ago. And they were very helpful for whenever I had a problem, I would put it on there and there were a bunch of people who would respond to it. They also had a really good messaging forum or chatbot where we could get help, but the fact that they even needed this Facebook group meant that there was a steep learning curve for setting up Dubsado. It actually took about two weeks for us to set it up properly to be able to roll it out to our clients and team members. So, definitely a challenge, but with that challenge does come a lot of flexibility, which was great. So we were able to customize the platform to what we wanted it to be. It wasn't just a plug and play platform where you set it up for five minutes and it was ready to go. That is why it took the two weeks to customize it, and the reason that we didn't get all the way towards where we wanted to be. We know that we could have made our proposals look a lot better looking, kind of like a website, but we just didn't give ourselves the time to implement that, and it seemed like we would have actually had to hire someone to set up all of those features for us. If you want a platform that looks really professional to your clients and your team members, Dubsado is a great platform for that because there is this login portal. You do see these signatures. It is something that just auto generates those three steps that I was talking about. You can also save your projects in there, duplicate them, and adjust really easily. So I think that if you're looking for something that is an all-in-one platform like that, I think that this is a really good option. I think something that I didn't mention too is that your clients can actually pay through there and it goes right out into your Stripe account, which then hits your bank account. So that part is also that all in one for you.
