You had to duplicate, edit, and then republish. It was a little annoying but I assume that the function I desire is not possible because it would mess up the data and make the whole survey wonky.

I was delighted with QuickTap because it is affordable, easy to understand for set-up, provided great options, and the visitors had an easy time taking the survey.

Our drop off rate was high. Clients could not enter email address information easily so it does not work well as a lead generation tool.

Customer service was very good, quick responses with good solutions, among others Stephen Amoah, was super helpful. Very good app, very user-friendly.

The only negative aspect of Quicktap that I have experienced is the somewhat difficult process of applying complex skip logic to surveys.

We have been very pleased with the overall functions and ease of SurveyMonkey Enterprise. Set up and operations are clear and easy to use.

The software provides you with a pop-up to place on your website. Unfortunatly this is a bit outdated and terrible experience for websitevisitors.

Confusing options and hard to figure out how to export.

Yes you can make surveys, yes it’s relatively easy to use, yes it’s cheap. The data reporting is simple and easy to export if needed and the secure survey option is great for the workplace.
