You had to duplicate, edit, and then republish. It was a little annoying but I assume that the function I desire is not possible because it would mess up the data and make the whole survey wonky.

Confusing options and hard to figure out how to export.
Yes you can make surveys, yes it’s relatively easy to use, yes it’s cheap. The data reporting is simple and easy to export if needed and the secure survey option is great for the workplace.
The main issue we had was the complexity of the tool and the lack of options to properly manage all different customer feedback programs via it.

I use SurveyMonkey to complete surveys and to sign up for various events. What I like most about SurveyMonkey is that it's really easy to use. There are dropdown menus and multiple choice items, and I can also write in detailed information if it relates and pertains to the survey that I am taking. One thing that I would change about SurveyMonkey would be the availability to include graphics or documents or pictures, something to that nature. So when I am taking a survey, I can include more authentic information.
