ChildPilot vs Cake Child Care: Which is a better fit?

Again, I love this program so far. The best thing about it is the amazing customer service and the willingness to make the program work for me.

When implementing a program software I was worried about having families and staff all on the same page.

This has been one of the best decisions I have made in the process of opening my child own child care center. I can't imagine how people do it without this amazing product and support team.

Messaging on the platform is lacking badly. Lately we've had families say they cannot connect or keep receiving a spinning wheel when attempting to check-in/out their children.

Staff love the ability to share the day with families, while also helping each other be notified of daily activities.

I am having trouble generating reports with the necessary information.

Our families love having the ability to follow along with what their children are doing during the day.

Bank fees are charged, deposited into First School account and then drafted from the account.

This program is pretty easy to set up and generally easy to use (you may need to play around though) It looks great and if you have a set fee it is FANTASTIC.

No way to delete a transaction in the account if you make an error.

Easy to setup and use, ALL the features you want and need for just pennies. The interface looks great and professionally designed, but easy to navigate.

I emailed and called many many times. I only received two call backs and she said she had no idea what the problem was.

The stand alone program works fine and I love that it is free. It worked so well I decided to try the web version for a month.

Pop-up an error messages, just need to restart the program.

They kept my money even after requesting a refund and I haven't heard from them since. I am so happy I didn't order a full year.
