ArtifaxEvent vs BriteBiz: Which is a better fit?

The calendar views and "big picture" abilities are the most helpful in event planning/bookings.

This has actually made our situation worse than it was before.

I also love having the ability to now pull up our venue calendar on my phone through the new Outlook functions.

User interface is horrible, and navigation and data entry seem to require at least three times the number of mouse clicks than should be necessary.

Artifax 4 has been a marvelous addition for our staff.

I don't even know where to begin. It's difficult to pick just one thing, so I'll just go with the interface.

There is also a great community around Artifax and having a message board with information on how to use features as well as a place for users to suggest improvements.

It tends to scare off staff who are not as familiar with the program.

Excellent service - a number of improvements that I have suggested have been implemented and quickly which is a great sign for a SaaS product.

Some features are awkward to work with. It does not work with Outlook calendar.

What I liked most about BriteBiz is its intuitive and user-friendly platform, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

It's difficult to say this because it's unfair. BriteBiz was made for venue management and I am a Caterer.

I love this program for my catering business, would recommend them to others.

But when I do have the odd questions, they get back to me quite quickly.

All information is captured and visible to the relevant departments. The fact that our couples can access BriteBiz is fantastic too - it really professionalises the process.
