I hate having to redo everything several times.
Email system is good as is the ability to form groups. Dash board is useful as is the ability to create events and meetings.
It is frustrating having a monthly limit on emails when it considers each recipient of a group email to be in the counting of the monthly usage.

You will know what I mean if you ever play around this system and see all the "dead" buttons and fields. Come on that's programming 101 remove the user fields if it no longer works.

We have a lovely website and the members can use the app easily as well. I like the ease of sending out monthly statements via email.
We use two of these features (Spa and Guest Rooms) and there isn't a lot of new development around these areas which can be frustrating.
