I hate having to redo everything several times.
Email system is good as is the ability to form groups. Dash board is useful as is the ability to create events and meetings.
It is frustrating having a monthly limit on emails when it considers each recipient of a group email to be in the counting of the monthly usage.
Overall Tidy HQ has contributed to ease and flow. I feel both relieved and eager when I login and I feel happy and satisfied when I logout.

We had a great sales and implementation process and have been using the software for three years and still love it. Customer Service has been really good as has been the developement team.
You will know what I mean if you ever play around this system and see all the "dead" buttons and fields. Come on that's programming 101 remove the user fields if it no longer works.
My experience has always been positive. The assistance of the IT team has been helpful and informative, that is always appreciated.

It is good, by comparison to other products and the customer service has always been able to help and solve what is needed.
We're not able to edit a block series. We're also not able to setup a recurring special event.
We have a lovely website and the members can use the app easily as well. I like the ease of sending out monthly statements via email.
We use two of these features (Spa and Guest Rooms) and there isn't a lot of new development around these areas which can be frustrating.
