Chronogolf also has a "Customer Success" team that will reach out every few months and review our set up and offer feedback on how we can utilize certain features better, which is a great value-add.

I am still to discover some things I dislike about the software.

It has a number of super helpful reports, easy inventory tracking. Overall lightspeed is just the best POS software out there, hands down.

We've had a couple errors with the payment machine, which refreshing the webpage fixed.

Reporting and statistical information is wonderful and easy to access. Has wonderful features for promotions that work great especially if you have punch cards or multiple round deals.

When going back and forth from my receipt printer to my report printer, Brother, the margins must be continually changed or the receipt printer cuts off half of the information.

I appreciate all the knowledge and help so that our facility can continue to utilize the program to its fullest potential. Chronogolf is such a great product for us at our facilities.

We offer many types of packages and it was hard to keep track of the revenue and round usages on the tee sheet.

Great business to deal with and superb support to help us get it all across the line. Great company to deal with and they are always improving the product.

I hate having to redo everything several times.

Email system is good as is the ability to form groups. Dash board is useful as is the ability to create events and meetings.

It is frustrating having a monthly limit on emails when it considers each recipient of a group email to be in the counting of the monthly usage.

Overall Tidy HQ has contributed to ease and flow. I feel both relieved and eager when I login and I feel happy and satisfied when I logout.

I found it terribly difficult to set up, and not at all attractive. TidyHQ is exactly that - tidy.

Ability to generate and share flexible agendas. Creating minutes during the meeting this is fabulous.

Some payments are hard to make as its overseas for my company.
