TidyHQ vs ClubRight: Which is a better fit?

Great business to deal with and superb support to help us get it all across the line. Great company to deal with and they are always improving the product.

I hate having to redo everything several times.

Email system is good as is the ability to form groups. Dash board is useful as is the ability to create events and meetings.

It is frustrating having a monthly limit on emails when it considers each recipient of a group email to be in the counting of the monthly usage.

Overall Tidy HQ has contributed to ease and flow. I feel both relieved and eager when I login and I feel happy and satisfied when I logout.

I found it terribly difficult to set up, and not at all attractive. TidyHQ is exactly that - tidy.

Ability to generate and share flexible agendas. Creating minutes during the meeting this is fabulous.

Some payments are hard to make as its overseas for my company.

Ease of use, and the company is still growing and happy to listen and help with the issues we have on the ground.

That was my only negative thing about the whole service.

Great service that integrates well with our business - the account links well to go cardless which is a great help. System is easy to use and help with setting it was great.

The only complaint I have had is that members can’t see how many are booked into a class (as they are used to seeing that with my past provider).

It's reassuring to know that we have such reliable support at our fingertips. In conclusion, ClubRight is a comprehensive solution that has made managing our community much simpler and more effective.

Before using this App I had to write down how many clients were attending my classes, send many messages or emails and keep checking bank account to see who paid. And I made a few mistakes.

Easy to add/change activities. Chat help function is great and so are the little touches like the Birthday feature on the dashboard.

We often get customers finding things hard though, maybe navigating around the app and booking on etc. Im not sure how simple it is from a member point of view.
