I hate having to redo everything several times.
Email system is good as is the ability to form groups. Dash board is useful as is the ability to create events and meetings.
It is frustrating having a monthly limit on emails when it considers each recipient of a group email to be in the counting of the monthly usage.
Overall Tidy HQ has contributed to ease and flow. I feel both relieved and eager when I login and I feel happy and satisfied when I logout.
I found it terribly difficult to set up, and not at all attractive. TidyHQ is exactly that - tidy.

Before using this App I had to write down how many clients were attending my classes, send many messages or emails and keep checking bank account to see who paid. And I made a few mistakes.
Easy to add/change activities. Chat help function is great and so are the little touches like the Birthday feature on the dashboard.
We often get customers finding things hard though, maybe navigating around the app and booking on etc. Im not sure how simple it is from a member point of view.
