TidyHQ vs LoveAdmin: Which is a better fit?

Great business to deal with and superb support to help us get it all across the line. Great company to deal with and they are always improving the product.

I hate having to redo everything several times.

Email system is good as is the ability to form groups. Dash board is useful as is the ability to create events and meetings.

It is frustrating having a monthly limit on emails when it considers each recipient of a group email to be in the counting of the monthly usage.

Overall Tidy HQ has contributed to ease and flow. I feel both relieved and eager when I login and I feel happy and satisfied when I logout.

I found it terribly difficult to set up, and not at all attractive. TidyHQ is exactly that - tidy.

Ability to generate and share flexible agendas. Creating minutes during the meeting this is fabulous.

Some payments are hard to make as its overseas for my company.

Love Admin has significantly reduced the amount of admin as a Club we have to do. With a small committee, trying to run a fairly large sports club, Love Admin, truly has been a lifesaver.

I complained and they denied they said it. We were so far in and had promised our customers we were moving to a new better system so decided to continue.

Overall we've been very happy using LoveAdmin for our gymnastics club. And we have always found the staff super helpful.

The person who was assigned to help had terrible communication skills.

Customer service is fantastic - there's always someone ready to help resolve any issues or answer any questions. Business management support is amazing at helping grow your business.

Difficult to action anything via a mobile at all, really needs an app.

Dave and Paysubsonline have been wonderful in setting up our complicated system for our Club and every penny is accounted for.

I can’t import all the spreadsheets I have to the platform as mine are such a mess. At least this give me the chance to start afresh with the client data.
