Integration with UPS and Fedex works well. And the ability to important mass quantities of drop shipments and have them show up in pace is great.
When doing bulk shipments the import will fail and you will get a completely unhelpful generic error so it is hard to troubleshoot what the error is. International shipments generally don't work.
I like that if I choose I can enter any given address one time and the system will save it. Then if I ship there again, I do not have to type it all out again.
Inability to prevent a shipment from shipping when an order does not have a Job Number. Also inability to move shipments from one job to another if a wrong job number is supplied.
I love that fact that it will email when a shipment is processed. I can choose myself, if I just want to know when something is headed to a vendor or something.
After numerous webexes, delays and lack of results, my team dug into it and discovered that there is problem with the a multiplier in the ProcessShipper code.

There is always an error, so we've stopped using Process Shipper for Canadian shipments. We reached out to Process Shipper support over a year ago to try to trouble shoot it.

I use ShippingEasy pretty much daily to do custom labels to ship stuff out. Also, used it for inventory management and it also gives me good marketing for future use uses and lets me know buying habits of my customers. What I love about ShippingEasy is it's very easy to use. It's user friendly, it's not hard to figure it out. You can do custom labels and if you make a mistake you can select fix it, or refund it, which a lot of them doesn't let you do that. And it lets you manage your inventory, which is great. It also will give you helpful user information like your customers buying habits, and it's just made shipping so much easier. It's much better way to ship and a big time saver. I haven't found many cons about ShippingEasy, other than it can crash a good bit sometimes. But other than that, everything's been positive and everything's been pros. No cons.
