Individuals and small- to medium-sized businesses and organizations looking to expand their reach via easy-to-use email marketing.
Anyone that has Windows PC, has more than one email address. The customers who have reported great success with the tool, have been small business owners, solopreneurs, freelancers, and Marcomms!
It's the perfect scale and I love the ease of understanding the reporting, which becomes of direct benefit for following up and moving between lists.
Then thats where you find out the support is AWFUL, as it seems to me theres only 2 people that work there, they refuse to talk on phone, and despite promises when chased up, they don't answer emails.
Direct Mail for Mac is an excellent email system for small business owners who do everything themselves. The software is easy to set up, easy to use, easy to maintain, and it's reliable.
Reporting is limited, there aren't enough ways to compare and contrast. Very hard to export reports and data in bulk.
Excellent product and my experience has been a positive one. The support team is fairly responsive.
Editing of template could be a bit more flexible. Difficult to understand layout schema.
Outstanding customer support. Excellent selection of easily, editable templates.
You get what you pay for. With their one time payment option you don't get much customer service and you'll need to maintain your own servers.
Very happy with the performance of the software, the simple process and I love the ability to "see" all the important stuff clearly and quickly.
I understand how frustrating this is not to be able to use your calendar within Mailbird, and I would like to apologise for all the trouble and inconvenience caused.
The calendar integration is great, so no double checking on different apps and the tracking and filter options are great. Will recommend it to anyone that doesn't want big names to manage their email.
As I use contacts for everything this is very disappointing as I have to leave Outlook open.
Great integration with other products, clean look, and lots of customization. This is one of the best mail apps out there.
Their extremely poor customer service, or lack there of.
Like many reviewers said the program is beautiful, colorful, and has a nice video game feel. The icons are easy to understand and work quickly within the program.
A waste of many man hours, I am exhausted trying to debug, write mail bird tickets , running outlook so I have access to contacts and trying to keep up with my daily workflow.
David M.: My name is David. I'm a tier two support technician working in the IP field. And Mailbird, I give five stars. I use Mailbird daily to take care of not only my email tasks, but my calendar, my social media integration and attachments, and also my aggregate news feed, so I can keep up with the day's trends, news stories, contacts, and electronic mail transactions. My favorite feature with Mailbird is the universal inbox. It doesn't matter if my account is on Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Outlook, ProtonMail, whatever it may be, wherever I may have an email account, I can have all my aggregate email come into a single unified box. So I know how much email I have, who it's coming from and have a consolidated way to respond to it in a concise, clear, and organized manner. The thing on Mailbird that I least like is the fact that you cannot reposition the social media taskbar.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
