I like that it integrates with other real estate software like Yardi to have a seamless line of communication and files.
Every time I call is at least a one hour on hold waste of time. The service has steadily declined over the past few years and is absolutely terrible now.
The document management ability of On-Site is great - we're easily able to upload paystubs, IDs and other application materials and access them in the future if needed.
Does not integrate with Yardi correctly. Criminal background checks take too long.

Onsite is great for lease generation and tracking. Whenever there is an issues, customer service is able to resolve fairly quick.
I know it's a security issue but I don't like changing my password so much.
It is glorious to not be using Excel to track leases, lease amendments, interest rates (our auditors appreciate this as well). We also transitioned from 840 to 842 under NetLease seamlessly.
The most difficult part was not with Netlease, rather, it pointed out how inaccurate our numbers were before.
Overall, the implementation and use of this product has definitely met our expectations and our decision to select this product was a good one. Our NetLease team that we worked with were great.
In some instances it is difficult to adjust during set up if the lease is in commenced status and needs a change. I had to use the time machine several times.
My favorite things about this software are the ease of use/implementation and the knowledge that we are in compliance with GAAP/FASB standards. The implementation was a breeze.
We have yet to run into any problems with the system that could not be solved with a quick email or phone call to the support team.
Professional, Efficient, Effective, Helpful, Respectful, Informative, Friendly.
The implementation took a little longer than I hoped (a few months), but some of that was my fault.
