NoviSign vs Raydiant: Which is a better fit?

Well, I was actually using a Ping HD before I switched over to NoviSign. It just had a lot more features that seemed to work for me. Really, the reason I picked NoviSign the simplicity and the availability of pre-built templates. I didn't have to do my own work and create the templates. They look amazing and they just make it very simple to create a good looking digital screen. Well, the reason that I gave NoviSign four out of five stars is they are email only support and getting the NoviSign onto my LG webOS was a little bit tedious. Now that I've done it, it's over and I'm happy. But phone support could have been better. Well, I would certainly recommend NoviSign it just does so much for you. It's simple and easy to use. I use it for scheduling and for client welcoming and it makes for a really nice screen when you walk into a lobby.

I give Radiant five stars because of the excellent quality and follow-through that the team has provided. Prior to Radiant, I was searching for a product to be able to work, and I was finding that the other products that were out there didn't integrate as well as Radiant does with the POS system, and also with Soundtrack, your brand, the music that we play in the store. I ended up choosing Radiant because of the quality of the graphics, the flexibility of what I'm able to do with the graphics and design, and then also all the integrations that there are, meaning music, visuals, video, and then also the ability to be able to change screens at different times during the day. It was very easy to get started with Radiant. What I found is I was able to take and implement the software right on my computer, and I was able to go ahead and begin the design process, and then next be able to add on the features that I was looking for. The hardware that they provided us was quick. They got it to us quick, and we were able to easily install it right into a video screen. Yes, anyone that's considering Radiant, the positive is the POS system that you have integrates very well with Radiant, and they really talk together well. In addition to that, I'm finding that Soundtrack, your brand, which is one of the apps on Radiant, allows for music to be able to be played throughout the entire store and the Bluetooth connection is easy. It syncs well with any TV that's out there or video type of equipment.
