Craig C.: Hi. I'm Craig. I am an organizational development and effectiveness business partner at the Hawaii Medical Service Association. We are the largest insurer in Hawaii, like the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Hawaii, and I give Brazen a five out of five. We've used Brazen for a couple things. Primarily, we recently held an internal job fair. We were thinking of the best way to host this virtual platform and emulate the in-person job fair experience as best as possible. We considered Webex, which we use for chat, but we found that that wouldn't probably result in a good experience. So we did a little research, we worked with some vendors, and we arrived at Brazen. Brazen really fit all our needs pretty easily and simply at a low cost as well. What I like most about Brazen is it's really accessible. I'm not an IT guy. I'm not a IS guy. I'm computer-literate, but Brazen is very intuitive, especially from the end-user experience. The setup makes a lot of sense. You log in. Say, I am joining Brazen as a user. I log in to Brazen. All of the booths, all of the sections are very clear. It's really easy to change my name. It's really easy to go into a booth, and then very self-explanatory, what you see on the screen. We've used a lot of software in the past that overloads you with information, but I think when you are using Brazen at a company like mine, which is between 1,000 and 5,000 people, computer literacy... There are these big spectrums, so you want something simple, and you want something effective. That's what I like most about Brazen. It was both of those things. What I liked least about Brazen actually was the prep work that I did leading up to it. It's funny, I actually was working with someone from IS on a project using Brazen, and I provided them with the materials before we got into the software, before I walked him through how to use it. This is an IT guy, and he was very concerned at how robust and complex the program maybe seemed, the software seemed from the outside looking in. We were able to do our walkthrough, and I was able to allay his concerns. But the thing I liked least about it was the way it's maybe presented to the user prior to... What I liked most, again, was easy, accessible, intuitive, but some of the materials that I had access to and provided to other people before painted a different picture. So, the software itself, I had no complaints.
