Pay walls to cross platfrom integrations are frustrating.
Love the review sliders that help prospective customers gage the fit, quality or anything else you’d like to set (we’re a clothing brand called TITAN and we use those, specifically).
For example, I already pay for a premium subscription to Klaviyo but the get Okendo to integrate I have to pay Okendo for a higher tier subscription that is nessesrty for my business.
I had a really good onboarding experience with an agent who walked me through the process. There are also a ton of integrations that is useful such as loyalty lion and Klaviyo.
Limited features, can not connect reviews to google.
It's super easy to use, and all of its features are very sleek and functional. The team is super helpful, and responds quickly if we run into any issues or have questions.
You can always upgrade to overpriced options later if you are missing some key features. I doubt you will though.
Bazaarvoice has been a nice tool for us to engage with customers in a new way. It is a great portal to collectively group all customer feedback and questions regarding your business/products.
Beyond disappointed and would describe our experience as a awful experiment that cost time and money and was a TOTAL WASTE.
Most of all through the sales process, migration, onboarding and post onboarding the customer support has been fantastic.

Sometimes we feel there is a bit of a delay from when I customer posts a question or a review, until the time we actually receive the notification of the activity.
The dashboard makes it super easy to moderate reviews as they come in. We are also able to tweak the appearance of BV on our site in just a few minutes.
I don't like how data is pulled I feel that it is not as efficient as it could be.
Rachel D.: Hi, my name is Rachel. I'm the owner and founder of Midori Bikinis, and I give Okendo a five out of five star rating. Before using Okendo, we used Yotpo, we used Judge.me, and a native Shopify integration for reviews. As far as Okendo, the pricing was really competitive at the time for all the features it offered. We were coming from Judge.me, which was really great for Shopify in more of a basic setting, but Okendo offered a lot of different features that we were really looking forward to using. And then from there, they actually grew to include loyalty as well as customer rewards. The integration with Okendo was really simple. We downloaded the app through Shopify and then we worked with their team to ensure everything was set up correctly, but it actually set up just through the theme settings and Shopify 2.0 simply on its own. So we want to do a few custom differences from there to really match the feel of our site, and they went ahead and assisted us with that. The full integration and setup was no longer than a day. I would highly recommend Okendo as a review platform just in terms of simplicity and customer service. You're not going to find an app out there with a better team to work with. I would highly recommend coming into it with an open mind for all the new tools and features that they're going to be bringing out. We've been honored to be involved in some of their beta programs that have really helped extend our program here at Midori Bikinis.
