Altvia vs Certent Equity Management: Which is a better fit?

I am very pleased with the product and value of the software, it is built to handle corporations much larger and complex than us, but it is still user friendly to our needs, and is still affordable.

We tried to set up the Section 16 module, but with our company having some legacy plans before we spun from our parent, it was becoming too difficult and too costly to properly pull in that data.

The reporting is excellent and it is very easy software to work with. The customer support is accessible and the response time is good.

Unable to upload change in control RSUs due to no determine vesting date and do not wish to use a future date.

Certent is great to help me understand my equity grants. It, very clearly, lists out my grants and any relevant information.

Reconciling from our old system to the new system was a pain point, but this is mostly due to the lack of functionality in our old system.

Some of the report generation menus can be difficult to navigate to find the report that I need. There is a lot of reports available.
