Axiom allows you to do so much more with profitability. The Customer and Product profitability allows great insight to what we are currently doing that is profitable and what we need to do better.

We have to pay for additional customizations that are not out of the box functionality and when an upgrade happens, a lot of the customizations go away.

The software is user friendly and has nice features that have enhanced our budgeting experience.

Our version is too difficult to learn and use.

I enjoy the large capabilities that exist through it. Our last software was very limited, so it has been great to have all those limits removed for our business now.

The only limitation that we have seen so far and were able to bypass it through the customization within AXIOM is the Cash Flow engine.

The tool has been great for automating reports thus cutting down on creating reports manually. The budget process also was much more simplistic even with greater amounts of detail.

It can be slow when querying larges amounts of data. Not sure there is a lot of software out there that isn't slow in this setting, however.

I don't like the fact that as an agency we cannot show the ad spend including our agency fee but only ad cost. This is confusing for our clients who pay ad cost and agency fees together.

Reportei is easy to setup and had good automatization capabilities. From the get-go it provided me with the ability to generate weekly analytics reports on my advertising campaigns.

Few data from social media, especialy instagram, who is growthing every day, more than facebook. Another problem its the impossibility to customize data.

Great for brand tracking, clean design. Trial period option is great for users to understand where they'll be putting their money.

Some limitations in instagram reports that probably it have no guilty about.
