Miro vs Honeywell Forge Visitor Management: Which is a better fit?

I love that it allows multiple people to see what we are working on. It's great for a variety of functions like mind mapping, brainstorms, and flow documentation for applications.

I've watched people click and move things in the wrong places, edit the wrong areas, or generally mess up a board. No integration with wider ecosystem eg Microsoft/Google suite of tools.

I love that it is so free hand and real time that it feels as if we were doing this physically. It also results in a good progress being seen throughout and that is is accessible to all anywhere.

Literally the only thing I can think of is that you can't pay for it without a credit card, which is a pain for me.

The templates are also an amazing feature that take the work out of setting up an activity and can even be a good source of inspiration if you're out of interesting meeting ideas.

Some editing options for different tools are limited and it can be a little bit frustrating.

I appreciate Miro's fun and creative features that make collaboration engaging and dynamic, fostering a more visually stimulating work environment.

Sometimes I get lost with the layers or locking content. I feel that this feature could be set differently.

Guest signing in and out makes easy. It's professional appealing, most guests are impressed with it, that makes us look like we are in the fore front of technology.

Although not an issue with the software as such, we experienced a network loss at the same time as signing in a visitor, so couldn't complete the sign-in.

Simple, easy to use, looks clean, allows for plenty of customization, good customer support. Overall this is a great product for the cost.

I have been disappointed that they dismiss our dashboard requirements as this is functionality that is standard with every other offering I have used.

We've successfully rolled this out across two sites and are very happy with the ease of use and available configurations.

The number of characters in some field where limited and this made it difficult on occasion to write full descriptions.

The system is extremely easy to set-up and use. Customers and clients have also commented how easy it is and the ability to sign in prior to arriving in the office is a great feature.

The inability to run longer term inductions, the default setting for questions, yearly reminders should be a standard.
