Miro vs Casual.PM: Which is a better fit?

I love that it allows multiple people to see what we are working on. It's great for a variety of functions like mind mapping, brainstorms, and flow documentation for applications.

I've watched people click and move things in the wrong places, edit the wrong areas, or generally mess up a board. No integration with wider ecosystem eg Microsoft/Google suite of tools.

I love that it is so free hand and real time that it feels as if we were doing this physically. It also results in a good progress being seen throughout and that is is accessible to all anywhere.

Literally the only thing I can think of is that you can't pay for it without a credit card, which is a pain for me.

The templates are also an amazing feature that take the work out of setting up an activity and can even be a good source of inspiration if you're out of interesting meeting ideas.

Some editing options for different tools are limited and it can be a little bit frustrating.

I appreciate Miro's fun and creative features that make collaboration engaging and dynamic, fostering a more visually stimulating work environment.

Sometimes I get lost with the layers or locking content. I feel that this feature could be set differently.

I like the visual nature of the app. It helps me stay on top of my most important projects and helps me manage the workflow when I have others assisting on a project.

This software does not have a module r portion for risk tracking or risk management.

The interface is clean and crisp, very easy to navigate, and effective. Having a tool that works for you rather than the other way around frees up the research team to do what it does best.

I don't use dead-lines, I would rather have a duration to set for each task. Multi-selection works very bad, I would like to be able to draw a rectangle around tasks to select them all.

The lack of an indefinite free tier I found a bit disappointing but understandable.

I was looking a free to low cost tool to help me visually track progress on some work related issues. I quickly liked how easy to manipulate and adjust the project pages were.
