I love that it allows multiple people to see what we are working on. It's great for a variety of functions like mind mapping, brainstorms, and flow documentation for applications.
I've watched people click and move things in the wrong places, edit the wrong areas, or generally mess up a board. No integration with wider ecosystem eg Microsoft/Google suite of tools.
I love that it is so free hand and real time that it feels as if we were doing this physically. It also results in a good progress being seen throughout and that is is accessible to all anywhere.
Literally the only thing I can think of is that you can't pay for it without a credit card, which is a pain for me.
The templates are also an amazing feature that take the work out of setting up an activity and can even be a good source of inspiration if you're out of interesting meeting ideas.
Some editing options for different tools are limited and it can be a little bit frustrating.
I appreciate Miro's fun and creative features that make collaboration engaging and dynamic, fostering a more visually stimulating work environment.
Sometimes I get lost with the layers or locking content. I feel that this feature could be set differently.
It is one of the most powerful Project Management Tools that I've come across. It is super easy to use and can be customised to what you need it to look like.
On dependent task, when rescheduling one, the others one also are rescheduled. I missed some warning and a way yo know what was the initial plan.
The ability to share a snapshot of where each of our projects is with our clients is really important to us. We also enjoy the option to combine multiple projects and have a better idea of bandwidth.
Task managmente and colaboration are not working very well.
My experience is very good, it is an amazing tool, very flexible, intuitive and with the right amount of functionality.
PDF export makes crappy images/pdfs. The right click button menus sometimes disappear.
Is good with decent developer vision. It is small price for many excellent features.

I was using the Square payment along with PayPal, Google, and Windows. I found the Miro I had to get rid of Square because it became too complicated to keep track of payments, names, numbers, emails, and Miro just made it easier. Got rid of Square, got rid of PayPal business, which was also a headache, and Windows. Miro has made my business so easy, so when I need to get my products out, it's a one, two, three, done. I don't have headaches. Go into my computer, if I sell a item, it's just taken off. I don't have to go in and look at a number, find the item or anything, it's just take it off, it's sold. Thank you. I don't have to stress anymore. Thank you, Miro. Very easy. I mean, follow the directions. If you can read, if you can read, you can do it. Miro is easy. I got my sister and one more friend of mine who has a business and she switched from what she was on to Miro's. If you're in a small business, it's very good to start with Miro's. Don't go to Square and don't go to PayPal business, use Miro.
Meenaz K.: My name is Meenaz. I'm a business process analyst. I would rate Instagantt a 5. For more reviews, please click on the link below. Before Instagantt, I was using Asana. And I still do. But what I like about Instagantt is it's just very clean in its presentation. I actually connect to Asana to bring over all the information. And then for presentation purposes to the client, I use Instagantt. Clean presentation. It connects to Asana. And we, as a company, use Asana as our project management tool. Instagantt also has a free account, which I use. So I can sort of connect up to three of my projects in Instagantt. I tend to use... I'm sort of PMing multiple projects, so Instagantt is very helpful in that sense as well. Very, very intuitive. If you've used any kind of a tool like Microsoft Project or even Excel, it is very intuitive. I probably picked it up in five minutes. There's plenty of YouTube videos as well. So you can watch those before you even use Instagantt. I would say try and get the free account. Get familiar with it so you make sure that it is what you want, and then you can upgrade to the tool.
