STAAH Channel Manager vs AvaiBook: Which is a better fit?

After several months, we have seen a big improvement in revenue and room nights. It is a very easy to use platform and good support team responsive and helpful.

CVC nuber is not available on some. So in case of no show or amendment we are unable to charge the guests.

This is an amazing software which connect all the online channels easy to use and the best part it it works on real time basis.

The only negative i have experienced is contacting help during the weekends. Having trouble adding more stars on the review form.

They help us out whenever it is required. We have had some great experience working with Staah primarily because their response has been good.

It is sometimes hard to recognise the changes and we only update our staff when they report us only when they do not understand a feature which means at least one mista is guaranteed.

STAAH Channel manager solves our multiple reservation channels management problem in an end-to-end fashion.

They have an integrated POS, that it is very good so you can charge the guests automatically and they have some interesting channels.

Very agressive methode of blocking your account. My credit card was stolen and a small fee of 13 euro wasn´t charged, they BLOCKED my account for days, PRESSING to pay inmediatly.

It is a very simple channel managament that has a very big room for improvement. Their customer service is quite good but they set us a very expensive price that was not worth it.

Time-consuming, a very bad process to create and charge a reservation.

Nice trial periode, all seems marvelous. But don´t get too excited.

Once I published a negative revieuw they CANCELLED al my bookings.

They collect your BOOKING payments with a 4% extra CHARGE, even you have set BOOKING payments to your account directly. If you complain, they cancell your account, and of course NO MONEY BACK.
