It's pretty easy to use, I guess my advice is just to make sure you have a good training session to learn the system; then from there, it's great.

Campaigner is really easy to use and allows you to create beautiful, visually appealing and versatile newsletters seamlessly. The design os fully customizable and works very intuitively.
The templates do not work well, there is poor flexibility and the customer support is awful.

Terrible Customer Service. Very Overpriced, billing department is garbage, alot of my mailing goes to spam even when marked as 'not spam', media library not good.

We use Campaigner to send out periodic newsletters to those who have interest in our organization. What I really like best about Campaigner is that is so easy to use. I've been retired for several years and it's not hard for me to work my way through the ins and outs. So sending out a newsletter once a month or every other month, and if I get into trouble, I can always call and I can get somebody on the line right away to help me. There's not much not to like about Campaigner, but one of the things that comes to mind is that having worked under corporate newsletter capability Campaigner, although simple in its simplicity it may be limited in a few of the bells and whistles that I used to be using while I was a professional person in the corporate industry.
