I was excited about the product initially and thought it had most of the features that I needed to be successful with the Home Health Care realm.
We no longer have a support person assigned to us and we are lost. The recorded videos and printed instructions are so poorly organized we spend too much time searching for what we need.
Kantime is overall a good quality product for scheduling and invoicing and the overall experience was positive.
There is no "undo" button. If I accidentally erase something, I have to completely redo it manually.
Kantime is a great asset to our home care agency. Makes scheduling/billing/payroll so much easier than doing everything by paper.
The remote training they offer at purchase is only recorded videos. We did not fully understand this and were very disappointed.

I had multiple meetings with their implementation d and I requested that my account be looked at and I have a conversation with someone who could relook at the clients and the charges each month.
Live Help whenever I needed with quick response. Caresmart team was always following up making sure all of my concerns were resolved very friendly and polite.
Because there is so much room for customization, I found it overwhelming and difficult to determine which options would imperative and which were insignificant in the scheme of scheduling.
This is by far the best home health care system I have used and compared with others which are available. Best for the value of money period.
Only problem I had/have are the integration with clearing houses for billing.

Unfortunately we have not been able to solve any of our existing problems with CareSmartz yet. We have actually taken on a few additional issues now that need solving on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
