Great customer service and ease of use. I like how it can be used on a tablet and Pateints like the high tech look.
Stability Concerns: we have had issues where the software randomly crashes. It’s not uncommon to get an error message where an error pop up appears saying device not detected.

Having a multiple location practice is difficult due to bandwidth problems on imaging. You might need to have separate imaging databases for each location.
It has wonderful features and is user friendly. Their customer support is wonderful, easy to use and can even be accessed online via chat.
Graphics are rather weak. Requiring offices to pay for the support teams and AR reports that are not intuitive is not comprehensible.
Love the design of the modules and appointment book views. Easy to bill out of, and works good with HL7 interface.
It doesn't flow very well for our office, the ledger is difficult to work out of, and running reports is a major pain.
