The support staff is awesome and provides great support as needed. The software is pretty straight forward.
Have a problem, the support team don't want to know you. The language barrier between us and France is awful and I end up ringing the USA because you may as well talk to a brick wall.
This is a great tool if you have employees who are out and about. Very easy to use and a great way to bring efficiency to your team that is in the field.
The bad part you have to try the software to see how it works so you tie up hundred of hours inputting your data.
It was fantastic and I was ready to go after an hour from scheduling engineers to billing. The solution is super easy and they have responded very quickly to every question I have asked yet.

There are lots of bugs and formatting issues that leave an unpolished impression. Also, the mobile app is very limited and doesn’t give techs many options to edit or make changes.
Being able to extract so much data from the software out into the likes of PowerBI is amazing. And equally the support from Fieldmotion on PowerBI reporting has been excellent.
The integration with Xero is terrible it creates a new customer for each of there sites.
The customer service is outstanding, always very responsive when needed. Layout on the mobiles is simple and easy to use for our engineers when on site.
The only thing I feel is missing for the way we use the system would be for the administrator to have remote access when away from there desktop.
