For 20 years, iCohere has been serving clients of all sizes, in the Associations, Government, Healthcare, Education, and Business sectors and sole practitioners.
Sibme powers K12, Higher-Education, and Corporate learning and development programs.
The support is excellent, and with each issue that has come up we've received informative and helpful responses from Alex and Merwan. As far as the training we have received, excellent.
The system opens too many windows, rather than using tabs. There is a lot of screen clutter, though it makes it more difficult to accidentally shut yourself out.
Having worked with iCohere for years I continue to be in awe of the ease of use of their learning platform, their reliability in making things better than planned and their dedication to excellence.
When I started I was very nervous about learning something that appeared so complicated. As a psychotherapist and teacher my computer skills are basic.
It is delightful having iCohere as an important team member in the success of our company.
In my current role and in previous jobs at other nonprofits, I have struggled with connecting members between in-person events.
I liked the interaction and the content from this platform. Customer care is responsive, fast, and caring.
I prefer to use the online training webinars in the iCohere Academy, but one of my staff prefers phone calls or emails to solve problems.
I love that this product was easy to access and use. It was a zoom meeting with clear visuals and the audio was excellent.
Thenotifications can get annoying and the UI can be confusing at first.
I loved the opportunity to listen and provide feedback on specific parts of the lesson. I think it was beneficials for teachers to record themselves and choose their best lesson to share with me.
Sibme's platform can appear cluttered and confusing at first. Navigating the app can be a challenge at times.
We appreciate all the features that coaches can access like rubrics, goal setting, time-stamped comments on video and more. This has been one of our best purchases for coaching ever.
My students struggle a bit with uploading to a huddle and then being able to upload again to the same huddle.
Users can make comments on each other. I like that I can always watch my own video to see what I did good and what needs to be improve.
The backup feature works too slowly. There should be some way to zoom in on the scrub bar or some other way to address the problem of overcrowding when there are a lot of comments on a video.
Sean: Hi, I'm Sean, Head of Schools. I give Sibme a four out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. So the problem we're trying to solve with Sibme is coaching of our teachers. And so we allow Sibme to serve as our platform to be able to video our teacher's meetings, classroom instruction, and then use those videos to really break it down and to coach from. Two things I really love about Sibme. One is the weekly emails. They give us an update for each of our campuses that allow us to know how many observations and how many videos were uploaded. The second thing I love about Sibme is the ease of use. Super easy to use. Great interface. And it's easy for teachers and for school leaders. The one thing I don't like about Sibme is just the use of pause, fast forward a little bit, rewind a little bit, just the ease of functioning when it comes to being able to see certain parts of the video. And to be able to maneuver that with ease back and forth and slide, it is the one thing I don't like about Sibme.
