TriMed Complete vs DocVilla: Which is a better fit?

The system is easy to set up, and easy to use. The reporting is superb, if you can dream it up, you can make it happen with report builder.

The most frustrating thing is there are not tons of users in my immediate area.

When we have needs to document our quality initiatives and report quality measures the Trimed team have been great at using our EHR to help us track and report those measures.

I miss the user conferences. Maybe they could set up Zoom.

They are quick and responsive to our feedback. Their staff is not only super knowledgeable, but kind and warm.

Anything that I don’t like they can usually fix. I don’t like that allergies is not visible at all times.

The system's provision of excellent customer support has been invaluable, ensuring that any issues or queries are addressed promptly and effectively.

I would like for DocVilla to give me the option to email patients when a change is made on their appointment. Sometimes a mistake is made, such as telehealth is booked in Error.

I love everything about it including it's ability to customize and connect with other softwares that we need for marketing. Customer service is super knowledgeable.

The engineering team develops anything that I need and is missing.

Super convenient and super easy to use EHR. I like that it's cloud and web based and can be opened in any device, which the doctors like.
