I like the ease of everything and how organized it is. I enjoy that you can save drafts, communicate through comments and see where your request is in progress.
Budget feature isn't really used by our team which creates some odd warnings.

Clunky layout that is very hard to go back and make changes to a order request. Generally i just DENY the request and the employee has the start over.
Procurify is a great system that allows for expense tracking like we never had. Moving from a manual process to the automated one with Procurify has been great.
At first there was no direct integration with QuickBooks Online, so everything had to be ran through a third-party application in order to move over and match data in the two systems.

In one of the Unit Price tenders, the extended totals were wrong. The bidder was able to write the price in a text box which resulted in the wrong calculation of totals.
The customer support that has been provided to us by Joelle has been amazing. We have always experienced very prompt and helpful responses.
I had two problems when using ETEGRI. Unit price was entered in textbooks and total was not correct (we need to prevent possibility to use text box for calculation).
It is also an easy and effective way of distributing tender documents in a time crunch. I would recommend Etegri software without hesitation.

Brian G.: Hello, my name is Brian. I'm a production manager, and I give Procurify four out of five stars. For more like this, please see below. We did not have any sort of purchasing software or any way of tracking purchases before. It was just all done by emails, and so we had to seek to find a product to be able to fulfill our needs. We opted to choose Procurify because of its ease of integration with our existing systems, as well as a simple and direct user interface that also came with an app so that it could be utilized on the go. Procurify is actually very easy to onboard and integrate into our existing business flow. It integrates with QuickBooks online, which we use as our accounting software, and having our purchasing and accounting softwares integrate basically instantly was pretty critical. And they talk very well back and forth to one another. And so, being able to utilize this program and onboard it quickly and efficiently was really beneficial. One thing I wish I had known earlier in the Procurify process is they are still a very young and new company. And so, there are a few things that they're working out, a few features that they don't have implemented that, let's say, an Oracle would have, but they are working to develop and interact or integrate any product feedback. And I have actually seen my own requests become features in the app itself.
