The Harvester feature is amazing, and the analytics, dashboard, and engagement features to the software are very useful and powerful.
The boolean has to very precise no room for error when you are running a database earch.
It makes the recruitment/staffing process easy by searching amazing profiles. Job Diva is easy to user friendly and provide all features required for sourcing resumes.
Miss use of filters filters are not working properly.
She also has such a great personality, and it comes across when working with her. We can't thank her enough as she has made this implementation so easy and a wonderful experience for us.
Sometime session time out feature is annoying.

There is nothing much to criticize about Job Diva but if I have to mention one, some time it lags in between.
I can even say it’s the best. Its integration with Google is what makes it best and increase the exposure to the best of the talents out there.
This really frustrates the user and consumes a lot of energy eventually reducing the productivity of our employees.
Recooty is an excellent job plug-in and I’m absolutely happy that I found it. Getting so much of exposure to all the talented and potential employees out there, for free is just amazing.

Recooty's system is extremely easy to use and it's undoubtedly the best recruiting platform for any venture. The functionality of the product is superb.
Their job board integrations means we seldom have to source for applicants or pay for job ads.
For startups, Recooty is one of the best tool to create a good team. We liked it's job board and dashboard which looks good and works well.

Brandy: Brandy. I'm the CEO of a retail company, and on JobDiva, four stars. I was wanting something where I could manage profiles, make some timesheets, something that was easy to do and have a good layout in candidate sourcing and stuff like that to make it easier when I'm looking for somebody to hire. I just wanted it as simple as possible and not have to go through a million different applications and stuff and just search for what I specifically needed. It was very user-friendly and it was easy to process candidates and I could search for specific criteria based on what I needed. All I had to do was put in the search words that were important to me and you can manage the profiles and they also have payroll management, which was great. You can do timesheet, and it also auto saves them for you, so you never lose them, which is great. It has templates you can use and save. You can do bulk emails, add notes, or details, or even some tasks, and it's good with candidate source capabilities and the ATS tracker that they have in it, it makes it really easy and quick to find your perfect candidate. Getting started, it was user-friendly and easy. Some of the stuff could be a little overwhelming if you got deep into it, but really if you just go to what you need and start doing it, as they say, it was really easy to go through. It's great for pros and new beginners, you can get through it very easily. I would highly recommend anybody that's searching for any employees to use JobDiva. It's so easy to get exactly what you want without having to go through hundreds of applications and ending up with all the wrong people, so this is an easy way to get exactly what you want.
