We were also impressed with the invoicing capabilities (the ability to provide a hosted link and customize the jargon is great).
Their checkout page is the worst designed page I saw in a SaaS so far. There are three different prices per seat, and then when you go to checkout page they show you a random price.

I love how fluid and integrated it is. It took no time at all for our team to learn how to use it, and as a designer I have to say I love the beautiful design.
There is no spell check letting you know something maybe misspelt. The quoting function is a bit clunky and you can end up having multiple drafts everytime you go back to alter a cost etc.
Love how it syncs with Xero, love the upgrades, love the support service, love the product.
In the schedule view, when looking at the project portfolio, we are missing the capacity of having a bigger picture by days or weeks or months.
