So prior to using MedicsPremier, we used a couple of other billing services, Athena, Epic, Medical Manager. For me, it's been the ease of use, being user friendly. I have a couple of staff members that are computer challenged, but the draw for me is the reporting. The reporting that is provided is second to none. Choices factored into selecting MedicsPremier. One, it was ease of use. Two, it was cost, the reporting features to provide to our clients. The support staff has been terrific. It's a relationship driven business and they've been very good to me over the course of time. So the team, so Advanced Data Systems utilizes an implementation team to get you set up. They outline what's going to happen and what things need to be accomplished in order to get off on the right foot. And the implementation team was spot on with what needed to get done and the time that they provided, so they did make the transition simple. Provide ... billing services or medical providers looking for a cost-effective medical billing software. Advanced Data Systems' MedicsPremier program certainly will provide that information. Again, a lot of the people that are working in the medical billing field are again somewhat computer challenged and again, the software is simple to use and gets you what you need to do. I highly recommend it.
