We have this for software for over 15 years and we love it. Very easy to use and the customer support is great.
The practice management reports are terrible. Very difficult to compile and very poor selection.

We were an existing Medisoft user and went with Microwize for the cloud-based software. There are so many nice features that our office appreciates.
The main problem it does not have grammatical correction automatic, meaning if the sentence written with mistake, it will stay with mistake.
I am a fan of Medisoft’s support system. The team at Medisoft is very supportive and knowledgeable.
They are generalized and even if / when you do get a custom report there is still massive errors in the accuracy. Some of the reports take forever to run which makes it difficult to run in office.
I like the free updates and the ability to get assistance when I want.

So prior to using MedicsPremier, we used a couple of other billing services, Athena, Epic, Medical Manager. For me, it's been the ease of use, being user friendly. I have a couple of staff members that are computer challenged, but the draw for me is the reporting. The reporting that is provided is second to none. Choices factored into selecting MedicsPremier. One, it was ease of use. Two, it was cost, the reporting features to provide to our clients. The support staff has been terrific. It's a relationship driven business and they've been very good to me over the course of time. So the team, so Advanced Data Systems utilizes an implementation team to get you set up. They outline what's going to happen and what things need to be accomplished in order to get off on the right foot. And the implementation team was spot on with what needed to get done and the time that they provided, so they did make the transition simple. Provide ... billing services or medical providers looking for a cost-effective medical billing software. Advanced Data Systems' MedicsPremier program certainly will provide that information. Again, a lot of the people that are working in the medical billing field are again somewhat computer challenged and again, the software is simple to use and gets you what you need to do. I highly recommend it.
