OpenCRM vs My Centre Office: Which is a better fit?

The ability to track progress visually is very useful, especially with the sales pipeline and the ability to know what my future workflow will be.

Our company has been using for a few years and as we have grown its failings have become more frustrating and apparent.

So far so good, ease with the transition between our old platform - [sensitive content hidden] has been fantastic.

The interface can be outdated at times and features/options can be hard to find unless you know where they are.

I love how well documented the api is and how easy it is to customize the data that we want to fetch out of the api. I love how well it works with Tools such as clicddata.

I think if a user is deleted off the system, all their imprints are also gone - but i could be wrong.

It has been great, I use it every day, and it works amazing and the option to get a report is super helpulf.

Initial set up was a bit difficult but mainly due to having to learn a new system.

Overall Planner Dale an excellent package. Its amazing how Planner Dale helps individuals, organizations and SMEs efficiently plan their daily schedules and businesses processes.

Inability to sync my calendar with my other calendar applications (on my laptop or mobile device).

I love the versatility and customization. I love that the forms can be filled out on our web site and flow into plannerdale.

The software has quite a few functionalities, struggling to define what we do not like in the software.

User friendly and good visual interface. Highly recommend and look to adopt on more projects.
