OpenCRM vs Mokapen: Which is a better fit?

The ability to track progress visually is very useful, especially with the sales pipeline and the ability to know what my future workflow will be.

Our company has been using for a few years and as we have grown its failings have become more frustrating and apparent.

So far so good, ease with the transition between our old platform - [sensitive content hidden] has been fantastic.

The interface can be outdated at times and features/options can be hard to find unless you know where they are.

I love how well documented the api is and how easy it is to customize the data that we want to fetch out of the api. I love how well it works with Tools such as clicddata.

I think if a user is deleted off the system, all their imprints are also gone - but i could be wrong.

It has been great, I use it every day, and it works amazing and the option to get a report is super helpulf.

Initial set up was a bit difficult but mainly due to having to learn a new system.

The projectplanning capabilities are also very nice. Mokapen has a great customer service that is really there to answer questions.

It is missing at the moment of keyboard shorcuts.

Mokapen is the perfect CRM for micro and small businesses. Showing a very clear interface, suitable for those who are dealing with such an application for the first time.

Unlike other CRMs, there is almost no need for configuration.

It is a very robust tool that has the most important features you'd like to have in a CRM tool. You can easily add, edit and segment contacts.

The backend is quick and responsive and navigating through the different pages is easy also for those who have never used a tool like this one.
