Sometimes when a related person on a contact calls...it shows up with the contacts name rather than the actual person (relative) who is calling. That can get a bit confusing.

That the alerts are not consistent. I will sometimes get communication from a client and it won’t alert me.

Ease of use, communication logging is a great feature. The best part for me is the app on my phone it is fast and effective.
Problem is they have many layers when googling their name, which I would have found this name before ever signing up. Complete waste of sunken cost money plus all the organic leads we lost.
I love the dashboard that shows New Leads, Opportunities, To-Do's, and Business Goals and let's me drill down into each one. It helps me manage tasks and stay on top of all my opportunities.
The worse part about Chime/ now Lofty isn't the lack of "hiccups" in the system or the over selling. It is the absolutely terrible customer support.
Chime also set up my website - now has a 'coming soon' feature for listings that is so easy to use. Great customer support, super responsive and helpful.
There are a lot of glitches, errors in the system, problems with email templates, etc. They are all items I would associate with trying to grow quickly.
The pipeline and segments is good, and the Smart Plan suggestion is good.
The only reason we are staying with this CRM is because we feel stuck with everything we have set up and do not have the time to set up another one right now.

We switched from BoomTown but I didn't dislike it, it just has more functions and you can personalize it more. We chose it because we could personalize it. We could also communicate within our team, we have collaborators. It was very easy to onboard Follow Up Boss into our business as their support has been exceptional. Anytime we've had any learning curves or issues they've been right there to walk us through it. I feel like they've done an excellent job. I think Follow Up Boss has been a great addition to our team. We really like the fact that it has a built-in dialer, that it integrates with Zillow and integrates with Mojo. There are a lot of advantages to using this platform and we get to communicate within our team as well, which is really nice.

So, I use Chime as my database to keep track of my clients and the communication that I have with them throughout my team. It allows me to see when the last time someone's talked to them and organize my database. I really like the Chime app. It allows me to communicate with my clients while I'm going about town, as well as on my desktop, and I really like the notes feature on the app where it allows me to see the information that my teammate has put in for my client. The one thing I could see Chime improving upon is whenever there's an update, sometimes there's some glitches in the system and our database will have some errors for an hour or so.
