Software can be slow at times. I have found nothing else which has been a problem for me.
When I had difficulty understanding some of the set up, I got immediate assistance, even though I am on the smallest program. Support and ease of use are both excellent.

What I like the most about this software is that it is very easy to understand, and to follow thru. The assets are easy to find with all the many search criteria that it has.

There is no where in the software to input a location within your tool room location.
The reports are an awesome feature. The cost is well within our budget I love adding photos to each asset, and printing a copy of the Asset values by employee.
I need to inventory all of my items once a year and the way it is currently set up makes that task very difficult.
