I love the adaptability and ability to gain access to various information. It has allowed much greater access to analyzing our Key Performance Indicators.
Inability to run reporting on one entity (only runs in consolidation). Inability to modify reports without creating a new report.
The ability to save the data and propagate it throughout the system was a plus. Additionally, the dimensions in reports and seeing differences between the dimensions were very useful.
The only thing maybe due to my lack of knowledge, you would have to create the pie/column charts for them to show in different dashboards, otherwise they interfere with each other.

The space usage for this software is to high. The IBM Windows services is slow on startup and service errors can be very difficult to diagnose due to bad log structure or description.

Not easy to create a report, some reports will stop working for no reason, they just will spin and not generate. Difficult to change the layout and information.
