Heather L. M
Sales Operations Manager
4.0

Heather: I'm Heather, sales operations manager. I give Creatio a four out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. Before Creatio, we had Sales Logics CRM. It was a program that wasn't cutting edge enough. Didn't have enough ability to move with the direction that our company was going in. And we weren't able to change it as much as we would like to. And so we were looking for a more versatile product. And we did look at salesforce.com and have used it in the past. And that one was just a little bit too large for what we wanted and Creatio was just a better fit. We chose Creatio because it required low code. It was easy to customize to what we needed. Its price point was better than some of its larger competitors. Another big reason we chose Creatio is because of its user-friendly UI. User adoption is very important to us and we wanted to make sure that we had as much compliance as possible. We also really enjoyed the app feature that they have with a lot of our sales reps being outside sales. Getting started with Creatio CRM is difficult as getting into any CRM. Usually is, we had to migrate all of our data into a new system and learn a new process. It took a matter of months to get everything situated and looking exactly like we wanted it to and then train our new team. We didn't have any major hiccups in the process. And the support team was very helpful in getting us ready to go. And everything did happen on time and pretty seamlessly. I think that Creatio CRM is a good fit for mid-sized companies that are looking for a malleable CRM and aren't looking to go full blown into the CRMs and going into something like salesforce.com and they want something that is user-friendly. You'd want to also check out what connectors they have. Very similar to other CRMs that you look at. They do have an app store that's helpful. And so depending on what your industry is, you'll be able to shop around and see what's available. You also can check out their academy and see what the community has to say about their products. The other thing that's really helpful with Creatio is that they do respond quickly to Request Me by the community. And so going on their website and viewing, that would also be very helpful in making your decision.

Nicole D
Owner
4.0

Nicole D.: My name's Nicole. I'm the owner and founder of Nicole Du Guay Coaching & Consulting, and I give Zoho CRM a four out of five. Prior to using Zoho CRM, I've tried a number of different CRM platforms, and Mindbody Online is an example and a couple of other ones. And I found that Zoho CRM, although the other platforms have ... Some are more specific for specific industries. Having tested a number of them, I just find that I like the integration and the versatility of Zoho CRM a lot better. The number one reason that I decided to try Zoho CRM was because I was already using Zoho Meetings and I liked the idea that I can integrate my calendar and my booking system and have it directly linked to my meetings platform that I was already using. Zoho CRM was a little bit challenging at first. It does take a little bit of time to find your way around the platform, but once I was familiar with it, it was actually really easy to get the hang of and get into using it. I would recommend that anybody wanting to use Zoho CRM take some time just to look at all the other integrations that you're already using and wanting to use and actually consider combining your accounts into the Zoho platform because I did find that if you had platforms like MailChimp, for example, that was separate, it actually ... Even though you can make it work, it actually is just easier if you keep everything in the Zoho family, which I would recommend.
