Results@Hand vs EventsAIR: Which is a better fit?

I love that it’s a local, woman owned business but beyond that the product is fantastic, the price is reasonable and the customer service is outstanding.

Sometimes attendees struggle to navigate the app, but I think the attendees would struggle with any app.

We’re so pleased with the product and highly recommend Results@Hand to anyone seeking a reliable, innovative conference app.

The hardest part about the app is when using the directory app. It becomes more difficult for you to make your event stand out among the crowd.

It has always been reliable and the staff has been great for support and they often help me with my build when things get dicey.

The only downside in the past was the lead retrieval process, it was a bit clunky. But since there have been some upgrades so looking forward to checking them out.

The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. This is appropriately priced for the non-profit space with sufficient capabilities for non-profit events of multiple scales.

At present, I reproduced the error on a device, but found that the following caused it to work immediately.

It's great that the product is slowly improving since 1.5 years ago which gives the feeling that the EA team is listening to the customer feedbacks and try to improve it.

There's no such thing as a stupid question (although I feel like I ask many!).

We love the conferences too - such a great opportunity to network with other users, and share ideas with how they're using the product.

The usage of the software is not well documented.

Those who would like to have an events management software for those who have recurring and complex events, this is such a wonderful tool to use.

I love the flexibility of the registration system, multiple registration forms, multiple registration types, and additional function/ session tickets. Its a really good registration system.
